Notts Sport provides a range of surface and shockpad constructions to meet these requirements including its unique shockpad and performance control layers, plus sand-filled tufted and needlepunched synthetic grasses, sand-dressed tufted grasses and specialist 3rd Generation (3G) synthetic grasses.

SYNTHETIC TENNIS SURFACING

Notts Sport puts the ball in your court when it comes to choosing an attractive alternative to asphalt or natural grass tennis courts. While asphalt can look uninspiring and natural grass carries the high price of endless maintenance, the VHAF NottsSward TS System wins in straight sets.

Ideal for clubs, schools, leisure centres and private courts, this specially designed high-performance synthetic tennis court surfacing offers consistent playing characteristics and is classified by the International Tennis Federation as being a medium speed playing surface.

Combining unique base constructions means that should you wish to slow the pace of the game down to suit development coaching or teaching, Notts Sport can tailor the design of your court to suit your individual needs at no additional cost.

Due to the specialist needle-punching manufacturing process, the NottsSward surface is far more porous than traditional synthetic grass surfaces, meaning your court will be playing better, faster. This manufacturing process also creates the dense network of fibres forming the playing surface, designed to lock the sand infill in place, reducing maintenance and maximising the longevity of the surface.
